to be your dental healthcare provider. We are gladly
accepting new patients and see patients of all ages.
We look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your oral
health goals.
Your First Visit
During your first visit, our hygienist will clean your teeth and conduct a complete exam that includes making a set of X-rays. Be sure to tell our hygienist if you are experiencing any problems, discomfort, or pain in your teeth, mouth, or jaw. Dr. Snelson will evaluate the current state of your oral health and talk to you about a treatment plan.
You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete and sign patient registration, medical history, insurance, and other related forms. You may download and print our New Patient Forms in advance so you can fill them out ahead of your visit.
Please bring a list of medications that you or the patient are currently taking on your first visit as well.
