Dental Value Plan
It is our goal to partner with our patients to find creative ways to help you access and afford the quality dental care you need and deserve. Toward this goal we are proud to offer our Dental Value Plan.
What is the Dental Value Plan? It is a way for you to work expected and unplanned dental expenses into your monthly budget. By paying an affordable monthly fee to our practice you will receive preventive care services at no additional cost and discounts on restorative services (i.e. crowns, fillings, etc.)
How does the plan work?
For a monthly fee of $25 per adult patient and/or $20 per dependent child you will receive:
- Dental cleanings every six months
- Needed X-rays at time of dental cleaning
- Oral cancer screening
- Examination every six months by Dr. Snelson
- 20% discount on all restorative services (crowns, fillings, etc.)
- Convenient scheduling of appointments
- Emergency call services
Plan Payment Options
- Monthly billing to your credit card or debit card
- Prepayment by cash, check or credit/debit card of the entire annual fee
Plan Limitations
- If Dr. Snelson refers you to a specialist, the specialist will charge their normal fee. No discounts will apply.
- Due to insurance billing regulations, this offer only applies to patients with TennCare and patients who do not currently have dental insurance.
